1. Overview

AudioLabs ("we", "us", "our") provides AI-powered audio and video transcription services at audiolabs.pro. By using our service, you agree to these terms. If you don't agree, don't use the service.

2. Account

You must be at least 13 years old to use AudioLabs. You're responsible for keeping your account credentials secure. One person or entity per account. no shared logins.

3. Service

We provide AI-powered transcription for audio and video files. We do our best to maintain uptime, but we don't guarantee uninterrupted access. We may modify, update, or discontinue features at any time.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Upload illegal, harmful, or infringing content
• Abuse, exploit, or overload our systems
• Resell or redistribute our service without permission
• Attempt to reverse-engineer our AI or infrastructure
• Use automated tools to scrape or access the service

5. Payments & Billing

Paid plans are billed monthly or yearly as shown on our pricing page. Subscriptions auto-renew unless cancelled before the next billing cycle. Prices may change with 30 days notice.

6. Refund Policy

All purchases are non-refundable. However, we offer a 7-day refund window from the date of purchase if you have not used any of the service (zero files processed). To request a refund, email us at contact@audiolabs.pro within 7 days of purchase.

7. Your Content

You own your files. We don't claim any rights to content you upload. Files are encrypted during processing and automatically deleted after transcription is complete. We never use your content for AI training or share it with third parties.

8. Termination

You can cancel your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms. Upon termination, your data is deleted.

9. Limitation of Liability

AudioLabs is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. Our total liability is limited to the amount you've paid us in the 12 months before the claim.

10. Changes

We may update these terms. If we make significant changes, we'll notify you via email. Continued use after changes means you accept the updated terms.
